Roots & Wings Consulting supports early childhood programs, educators, and families in creating environments where children can thrive through play, connection, and responsive relationships.
Led by Dawn Ryan, an experienced early childhood director, educator, and consultant with more than 30 years in the field, our services combine practical experience with a deep understanding of child development and social-emotional learning.
Through personalized coaching, training, classroom support, program development, and in-home family consultation, Dawn meets programs and families where they are, builds on their existing strengths, and provides realistic, relationship-based strategies that can be carried into everyday practice.
At the heart of Roots & Wings is a simple belief: when we support the adults who care for children, we create stronger environments for children to grow, play, connect, and thrive.

Up to 8 hours per month of in-person, customized support, including classroom observations, leadership consultation, action planning, coaching, program-wide planning, and systems development. Travel costs for locations outside the Denver metro area to be determined.
